Having been introduced in 1987 the WH10 wah pedal has had a strong following for guitar and bass range switch to mix control all in a lightweight package - loved by many including John Frusciante. The WH10V3 is a return to the original WH10 sound but with additional value adds from previous editions including switchable bypass (True and Buffered) - with no loss of strength or frequencies in the True Bypass, and less on/off noise in the Buffered Bypass. The durability of the WH10V2 built with the die-case case to, the popular pedal has depth control, frequency range (guitar/bass) in a small 815gram package.
WH10 series has remained a highly popular wah pedal through the years due to its many unique features. The guitar/bass range switch enables switching between two preset frequency ranges best suited for each instrument. This is also the first wah pedal to utilize a multiple feedback opamp circuit, creating a much different tonal quality versus more common inductor based wahs. There is also a volume boost for additional flexibility. The WH10V3 features selectable true or buffered bypass, and circuitry is housed in a highly-durable, die-cast Aluminum alloy body with a distinctive black finish.
