We were in urgent need of some piano books and found Music Junction's website seems to have them in stock. Need to pick them up the next day for a piano exam.
Sent a message through live chat at 9pm+, expecting that the store would probably email us the next day. As expected, there was the initial automated reply. Lo and behold, we then received a live reply in the same minute!
